1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Helix Browser ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mik Johns Inc.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Helix Browser for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Helix Browser, you agree to:

  • •Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • •Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • •Not use the App to distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
  • •Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

Helix Browser, including its design, logos, trademarks, and all content, is the intellectual property of Mik Johns Inc. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Helix Browser is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mik Johns Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Helix Browser, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Updates & Modifications

We may release updates to the App from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
